International Shipping
Currently, due to the current situation in Afghanistan, all the country’s Banking System are not able to support the buying and selling section in e-commerce, and the online shopping section of this website is temporarily closed.
But you can order your favorite jewelry and gemstone by contacting the sales department (info@barlyan.com). keeping in mind the shipment policy of this company as below.
Your shipping will be free, If your order value exceeds USD 2,500 . Your purchase will be delivered within 10-22 working days after the order is placed. However, the delivery duration is subject to change based on the situation.
Returns
All Barlyan pieces are made to order due to our commitment to sustainable and low-waste practices. you can only return if there is a defect in the product or if there is any acceptable reason and you have option to purchase another product with the same price.
We care very much about our customers and we want to accommodate extenuating circumstances. Therefore, in certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Barlyan’s sole discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order.
All of our jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 20-30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse voids this warranty. If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send us an email and we will assess whether it can be repaired and send you a repair quote.
